Greetings & Voicemail
The greeting facility offers various accesses to the caller by either using a selective number menu of departments of your business, the actual known extension required or by just waiting, when comfort messages will be played until the caller is answered. By this method the caller is kept in your system and not lost to competition.
The voice mail facility stores messages from external and internal callers, either to the individual extensions or for the companys general mail box. Messages can be retrieved both internally and remotely, eliminating having to return to the office. Voice mails are PIN code protected for confidentiality and each extension user can create their own message to give that personal touch.
Recorded messages can be sent to Outlook as a WAV file attachment.
